Small-Group Movement Coaching

What is Movement Coaching?

Our Doctors of Physical Therapy will coach you on how to improve common problems we see in the clinic including muscle imbalances, mobility limitations, single leg stability, balance and coordination. Our goal is to prepare you to crush your workouts, lifts, and runs throughout the week and prevent injuries.

We will introduce new movements each week and circle back to review for those dropping in for the first time.

What classes do you offer?

Our Movement Principles class focuses on the 5 movement principles essential to optimizing your movement, exercising with confidence and preventing injuries. The 5 movement principles include:

  1. Hip Hinge
  2. Upwardly Rotate the Shoulder Blade
  3. Find a Neutral Spine Position
  4. Move the Hip Without Moving the Spine
  5. Stack the Pelvis, Hip, Knee, and Ankle

Our Strength for Runners class is designed to target running-specific muscles, build resilience, and prevent injuries with running.
