Join Dr. Morgan for a 60-minute small-group class designed specifically for runners! This session will help you prevent injuries, improve performance and build strength with excellent form- no matter your experience level.

🏃♂️ 15-minute warm-up with mobility drills tailored for runners
💪 35-minute single-leg strength workout targeting key areas for running efficiency and power
🧘♀️ 10-minute cool-down to promote recovery and flexibility
