Orthopedic Physical Therapy
We help you get out of pain and back to performing at the highest level—whether that is daily life, running a marathon, or setting a PR in the gym.
Our treatment approach involves:
- Patient education to help you understand the WHY behind your injury, how to resolve it, and how to prevent future injuries.
- Manual therapy such as joint manipulations and mobilizations, soft tissue work, and dry needling to reduce pain and improve mobility.
- Movement retraining where we teach you how to move optimally in day-to-day movements and during exercise in order to put less stress on areas of your body that are vulnerable to injury.
- Resistance training to build strength and resiliency that carries over to your other fitness, sports, and recreational goals.
We start with a 60 minute evaluation for $299 where we discuss your symptoms and goals followed by a movement screen, joint mobility, and strength testing. At this session, we review our findings, start treatment, and discuss a game plan for the future.
After the evaluation, you transition to 1:1 60 minute sessions ranging from $219-299 depending on if you purchase single sessions, a package, or a monthly membership. You have access to exercise videos delivered in our app and unlimited support from your PT via text/email between sessions.

Small-Group Movement Coaching
We offer weekly group classes for $35 per class at our clinic in Pflugerville.
At these classes, our Doctors of Physical Therapy coach you on how to improve common problems we see in the clinic including muscle imbalances, mobility limitations, single leg stability, balance and coordination. Our goal is to prepare you to crush your workouts, lifts, and runs throughout the week and prevent injuries.
We will introduce new movements each week and circle back to review for those dropping in for the first time.
What classes do you offer?
Our Movement Principles class focuses on the 5 movement principles essential to optimizing your movement, exercising with confidence and preventing injuries. The 5 movement principles include:
- Hip Hinge
- Upwardly Rotate the Shoulder Blade
- Find a Neutral Spine Position
- Move the Hip Without Moving the Spine
- Stack the Pelvis, Hip, Knee, and Ankle
Our Strength for Runners class is designed to target running-specific muscles, build resilience, and prevent injuries with running.

Performance & Injury Prevention
Most of our clients come to us in pain for orthopedic physical therapy, but then they stick around to continue working with us on how to prevent future injuries and improve performance.
If you currently have an injury, we can help you get back to being injury-free and then we will take it a step further and give you the tools to move better in your daily activities and workouts so you can prevent future problems.
Our goal is to teach you how to move better so you can move well in the gym, on the trail or the track, in a group exercise class, or just in your day-to-day activities with confidence.
We work with active adults who participate in a variety of hobbies and sports and we specialize in working with distance runners, weightlifters, Olympic weightlifters, swimmers, pickleball players, volleyball players and equestrians.
